The refund and cancellation of RexNDox Outsource Solutions LLP is regulated by the refund policy described below.

We at RexNDox strive to provide professional services, on time delivery, and meet good quality standards in the industry. We guarantee that our medical data entry services are of good quality because we have necessary quality checks in place. We assign managers to each project and our managers work along with you and the team to ensure that all quality and quantity requirements are met. If there are some issues that need to be straightened out, we work with you until you are satisfied with our services. However, because of the nature of the service and the number of human hours involved, it will not be possible to provide refund once we have rendered our services.  You can request changes or corrections, but we can’t provide refund and this applies to all our clients and there are no exceptions.

If you want to cancel a project, you can do so by contacting your project manager before team has started to work on the project.  Once team has started to work, we will bill you for the hours worked or units completed.
