TEAM LEAD – MEDICAL SUMMARY

Education: MBBS/MD (Any specialty)
Experience: 5+ years
Job Description:
- Leading and overlooking the launch of new projects
- Scheduling shifts and making sure the client’s needs are met
- Communicating with clients via email
- Allocating cases to team members as per their skills and abilities
- Keeping track of the production of team members
- Reviewing client guidelines and making sure the project fulfills all the requirements
